Surely if you get reprimanded once, you get a grid penalty for the second offense?
No it's 3 reprimands then you get a penalty, like with the track limits
Is it? Palmer on F1TV was sure it was a slam dunk penalty
I think for impeding you normally get a grid drop penalty, not a reprimand. Kind of surprising to me.
Not that surprising, he is after the golden child of F1 and FIA
Depends on the track and other circumstances such as information from the team.
Why would they try to sugar coat it when he's already starting P14?
Idk, that's how it was explained some years ago so I guess the rule is still the same

Brundle was saying the same thing in the international feed.
It's actually 5 for a 10-place grid penalty. Unlikely to happen.
