Hi,

New user to Thunder… having started with wefwef before it became Voyager, then Memmy, and some dabbling with Avelon, Lemmyios, and Bean… I can confidently say that Thunder is the best app for iOS.

I have a couple small suggestions / requests when viewing images.

One is to be able to make the controls which overlay the image disappear, either by tapping the image, or some other way.

My other suggestion is to increase the max zoom level… I was on a post yesterday where other users were commenting about a phone number on a sign, I couldn’t read it at max zoom despite the image being high resolution, so I could tell that further zoom would’ve worked.

Thanks for all your hard work!

Edit: the controls only overlay when you zoom in portrait. When in landscape, they are fixed and it leaves a very small window for the actual image.

That's some kind of bug with the image viewing library we're using. I've not had time to work on the app in a bit, and the others on the team have been more focused on other parts of the app.

In general work is progressing, there's always someone chipping away at Thunder.
