Per chi ha problemi con la tecnologia rimane sempre il voto normale. Considera che il voto normale deve sempre rimanere come ultima possibilità per cambiare idea (se ad esempio ti puntano la pistola alla tempia per manipolare la tua scelta mentre voti al cellulare, devi sempre poter andare l'ultimo giorno a votare fisicamente)
