When I'm just a little bit sick I have a mixed drink using NyQuil that I like to call the Jolly Green Giant:
1 part whiskey
2 parts ginger ale
30ml NyQuil (you'll want to reduce this amount if having multiple)
Several dashes lemon juice
Garnish with lemon wedge

Mixing medicine with alcohol is pretty much universaly bad. Each to their own I guess.

It's universally bad, but I thought mixing alcohol with Tylenol was "can be lethal" levels of bad.

Yes technically but that's the same for all blood thinners and moreso ones that are damaging to liver and kidneys on the breast of days.
