Title is somewhat misleading. It's not for anything video-related. It's for using a (probably free) photo of actress Cuca Escribano without permission.

Oh, this image right here, an image of Cuca Escribano that Cuca Escribano doesn't want people to use without permission?

I'll make sure not to use that image, in that case.

Typically celebrities don't own these types of images, it's the photographers, and theyre known for frivolous lawsuits.

A few weeks ago, ZUMA Press filed a complaint at a federal court in California, accusing Plex of using a photo of actress Cuca Escribano on its website, without permission. The photo was shot by Jose Perez Gegundez who typically licenses it to third parties for a fee.

Plex allegedly used the photo without permission, which the photographer’s licensing partner ZUMA Press discovered in April of last year.
