I like how even with that very specific artstyle, one can just instantly feel that it was AI generated

Well, that could just mean it’s an assortment of clipart.

What convinced me was the receptionist’s reverse hand.

yeah, the shading and line art are too inconsistent. Or maybe an artist was having fun trying out different styles.
