Na. 3-4 deck just means your plus count needs to be higher before your betting weight should be going up. You also need to play more hands over time for it to average out too.
So if your waiting for +8 or +10 before leaning, you would wait for +20 or so.
It's when they use 6+ decks then it kind of becomes moot.

How do you count with automatic shufflers though? Even if you count one hand, the next one one you'd have to reset..
You can't count against a continuous shuffler machine.
