I'm honestly surprised Argentina isn't present. It has the largest Jewish population in South America, but it may be that they no longer speak Yiddish and limit themselves to Spanish
They might be Sephardi which do not typically speak (a lot of) Yiddish.
Not really, afaik most came from Central Europe, meaning they're Ashkenazi
