Which rule does this break and what do you think needs moderation here? Genuinely asking out of ignorance.
They probably are just offended and don't like that people talk fondly of drugs.
Teach a man to rip the bong like a madman and he'll be high for half an hour before passing out on the couch.
Teach a man to smoke a bit at a time and he'll be high for a day.
