You don’t need to do the work on your own. Just be brave enough one day to ask for help. It all gets better after that.
The "just" is carrying a lot of weight in that sentence
I've asked for help so many times. "Good luck with that" is all I got. I stopped asking. All that did was make people think I'm pathetic.
It's still hard to think you're worth the effort if you don't think you're worth the effort.

In the end it's still down to you to put in the work. Even if you have a therapist to assign homework and give instructions.
