Error 429: Boost for Reddit was fun while it lasted

It lasted nearly 2 weeks longer than I had anticipated. First it slowed and now it's finally dead. "Error 429 - Too many requests" is the message I'm greeted with.
Thanks Ruben for your work. I wish I had known the Boost app earlier.
Im now eagerly awaiting Boost for Lemmy.
it's still working fine for me - i wonder if it's because i'm technically a mod?
Based on this thread on that other site, yes, it's still working if you're a mod of a sub.

fascinating. maybe that's why r/pics caved and reopened the sub, they don't want their boost privileges removed.
shame it's wasted on me, as i'm only using to check my own old content since i moved here
