Can we talk about cache?

Device storage is a premium commodity. It would be great to see cache clearing and perhaps setting size limits.
Can you just clear it? Idk, that what I do.
That is a mitigation, the post is a request for a resolution.
I didn't kow it was possible but would love to delete it. I'm off to find out how!
