I totally wasn't intending to bash Discovery. I really like Discovery. It's just that Pike was a better captain than any of the other captains.
Okay, that's fair. Saru is definitely up there. And Saru is my favorite character on Discovery. I guess I just fell in love with their version of Pike and SNW is my favorite new Star Trek show.
But I'm also looking forward to the next season of Discovery and I'm sorry I'll have to say goodbye to those characters except maybe in cameos.
