Yeah, exactly. Although it will be hard to find everyone in the right position. I think it might not be doable properly with Photoshop. Although I suppose one way to do it would be to keep the existing people but put uniforms on them.

Finding a shot for that was not easy. Hat guy is so ill proportioned, had to mask part of him with a chunk of the background.
