Do we not have enough perfectly functioning tools for this? Etcher? Rufus? Ventoy? Fedora Media Writer?

The logo is Android on a USB-A. The link goes to F-Droid which contains only Android apps. The thread is on the fdroid community.

I have no clue of how you and the other person thought it was not an Android app.
