Is Germany the only one holding on? Because I saw an article that said they were planning to increase funding.
They are, but I expect the governing coalition in Germany will collapse soon.
Is Poland giving up? I had the impression that they'd be the last to go, even if they aren't a fraction of Germany in any respect.
I haven't kept up with them but it wouldn't surprise me if they were still on board too
