I don't think screens are bad for you, I DO think smartphones are not inherently dangerous but the mainstream operating systems are 100% dangerous. I actually would love to go back to a flip phone.

I know what an eye doc says, I've talked to one. But I'd rather stare at a screen then smoke cigarettes or drink booze
