"The EU’s role in the world is gradually growing, but it is not nearly as strong as its population and economic power would suggest,” the Czech minister said.

“I know that it is not at all popular. I think that a European Federation or a United States of Europe would only put Europe in a position where we would be a truly equal partner in the game between China, America, or Russia and India,” he added.

This is quite true. Also not easy to achieve. But I'm still hoping to see it in my lifetime. After all I already saw the opening of the borders and a common currency being launched, those weren't easy either. We're closer now to a federation than ever before. Let's vote passionately next year in the European elections 🗳️🇪🇺

Agreed and here's why. Europeans will not be able to deal with the state of constant cognitive dissonance that is the hallmark of a properly functioning federation.
