It's 46 times in a ROW, if you take breaks in between, you can squeeze a bit more.
Well actually I just did some calculations and came to the conclusion, that if it takes you 5 minutes to cum, but extend that by a minute with each run, you will end up at 21 hours without a break after 46 cycles.

I would never last 5 min. I busted while calculating this, but I thought 5 min is a number we can all easily agree to start at.
