Have you tried selling physical PC games lately?
DRM has nothing to do with how you buy your content (DVDs and Blurays also have DRM, for example).
Also some Steam games have no DRM.
Or buying them, for that matter?
I was thinking of sites like GOG when I wrote my comment.
I have never heard of a Steam game you could run without having Steam installed
