How is /r/firefox still private?
/r/running had a poll and most people went for indefinitely blackout. A few days later it went public again. I tried to ask what was going on with the plan but the post was immediately removed.
It appears that Reddit drove out the mods and put in new mods. But I am glad to see the majority had gone and not much new posts about running.
Now I wonder how/r/firefox can still be private.
I don't know but I'm proud of them for sticking up for what's right against the robber-barrons trying to enclose the commons of our collective communication platform.
I noticed r/CreditCards is still private as well
/r/plex too.
If you actually click chat with us on /r/firefox they wrote
Don't see it until you click so I don't think lot of people knew about fedia.io/m/firefox
