In most cases they really don't. I try to keep that in mind and make my best effort as I push toward my 40s to remember that it's not my world anymore and try to keep caught up on things.
It really bugs me seeing my dad, who used to stay on top of new tech and try to keep up with things, just give up and not even try to understand things anymore. Adults just don't remember what it was like to be teenagers when they get into their 30s and 40s.

A "Showerthought" is a simple term used to describe the thoughts that pop into your head while you're doing everyday things like taking a shower, driving, or just daydreaming. The best ones are thoughts that many people can relate to and they find something funny or interesting in regular stuff.
