Although your situation is really terrible and I wish you are able to land a better workspace environment with a reasonable pay, I believe you missed the point of the entire OPโ€™s question.

Applying for jobs is a slog, but once you do find a good one, it's well worth it. It sounds like you've only worked at some terrible places.
