The oligarchs that run my capitalist shithole have stolen money from the oligarchs that run another capitalist shithole, and the dumbest of the common people in my capitalist shithole, where the water is routinely toxic to drink, are celebrating as if it's somehow a win for them too.

B) Actually no, its bad when an oligarch get eaten by another oligarch and not by the people, because then you have one oligarch with twice the power and no competition.
