I got an email from Youtube about 11 years ago that simply said: "the algorithm has abandoned you."

And now whenever I go there all I get is a weird orange and green moire pattern.

I did that along with disabling marketing data etc. Now when I open any video on YT in a new tab it redirects to their help page about monetized content.

Get really into videos of open network accessible security cams set to experimental dark ambient. Then fullow their creators down into Umbral Youtube and it's videos of tidepool cams, paracausal physics discussions and Saint Seiya AMVs set to Chilean Poetry literature class lecture notes.
