America has said that a ICC warrant should be put out for Putin even those Russia does not recognize the ICC then turns around and says America and Israel doesn't recognize the ICC so they can't put out a warrant for Netanyahu.

The funniest part is this is basically judge intimidation to a judge that America installed in the ICC
