Why? I've never used it, but it's been annoyingly cutting into at least 3 podcasts I listen to :/

I've never used them either, but they've come under fire recently regarding underqualified counsellors and privacy concerns: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BetterHelp#Criticism

I looked at the rates they pay doctorate level clinicians and decided they were not worth doing business with on any level.

I hate to be the annoying person who says "just Google it" but honestly there are a ton of videos about it, full of salacious stories that you'll enjoy much more than anyone typing out a response here. Therapists using the bathroom while talking to you is common, but the least terrible of the stories.
