There is Amazing Cultivation Simulator which is similar to rimworld but set in a wuxia setting, sseth did a review of it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wJxM3POU92w.

Loop hero was last years craze if you missed that, pizza tower and tinykin are also popular.
