They just wanted an excuse to murder someone, no matter how bad it is. Had the other guy also ""forgotten"" to turn his cam on I bet this would have worked, too.
It's cut out of the video CNN posted, but I (unfortunately) saw a different cut on twitter that showed the actual shooting. The first thing the non-shooter does after the murder is tell the shooter that his camera was running, clearly implying THAT was the actual problem of what just happened.
That's the first thing they even talk about after, the one guy saying his cam was on lol
This kind of shit is happening constantly. Why the fuck can they even turn the cam off
That's a "oh fuck this murder just happened on cam".
Dude that actually shot her probably thought both were off, knowing full well his was off. Other dude probably wouldn't have opened fire knowing his was on.
