I've never felt more stress after pulling a trigger. Stress relief seems tied directly to ammo fired (so long as I'm not paying for the ammo, anyway.)
Shooting is a wonderful way to disconnect and concentrate on something other than your problems. Gardening works for me as well.
Are you normally pent up or generally nervous?
Sometimes. It's location dependent. Firearms are mostly just a lot of fun tho.
I definitely feel that location dependent thing.
