American Idiot is almost 20 years old and the message hasn't changed. Do these people just have zero media literacy?

Republicans and Wealthy businessmen plotted a Nazi style overthrow of FDR and the US government in the 1930s. Republican Nazis have been a trope and a joke throughout the last 40 to 50 years. I'll give you this, they went from being quiet and out of sight to front and center.
