I don't think even with supervision that they'll be able to stop someone from peeing in the ball pit.
I'm expecting some c*m jars to switch to pee as a contingency. Like a trib page

Ball pits have a long history of being piss repositories. The McDonalds Playplace, Chuck E. Cheese, that weird "kids place" that hosted slightly depressing birthday parties with outdated arcade machines as the main draw. All christened in golden horror.
