Any idea why this would happen. I think it’s mostly (if not always on my roku that I’ve noticed it.

Off by ~2 seconds if I directly play but is fine if I downgrade the quality.

it’s a bad encoding issue or a corrupt file. re-download the episode.

edit: if you check the add-ons guide in the sidebar, there’s an app called Checkrr which will occasionally scan your library for corrupt files and use Sonarr/Radarr to re-download them.

check out the c/Plex add-ons Guide! it’s the community’s curated list of add-ons most useful for the typical plex setup. There’s also the Awesome-arr guide (also in the sidebar) which is a comprehensive list maintained independently, which has jus about everything you could think of.
