Once you get to 50k people, you have to set up Harbour Goth, and at 100k, Airport Goth.

I can see the former with merman/maid themes, but not sure how to implement the latter-- black fishnet pilot iniforms?

Wouldn't Harbour Goth mostly have pirate themes? Also Airport Goth is easily fixed with some luggage or with a short scarf like flight attendants use

pirate goths are much more yes than mermaid goths

Spin Mermaid Goths into Siren Goths to lure the Pirate Goths into the depths.

The seas are full of metal, and so are they.
