I read this to my partner to see if she could make sense of it. She believes this might be concerning migratory birds and or bats.

After reviewing Trump's attempt to stop migratory animals by a building a wall, I'm unsure if she is mistaken.

Maybe he has been yelling at clouds so long, hes concerned with the geese.

Upon further study, it appears this may be why he rants about California and Texas

Those Mexican animals need to stay down in Mexico and stop freeloading on all of our grass and bugs.
