He seems like kind of a dummy, but he's definitely not dumb enough to actually believe the shit he spews. Just another fox head who sold his humanity for money.

I wouldn't put money on that. It isn't hard to read from a teleprompter and sound authoritative. I used to work in local TV news. Some dumb as fuck people sound like they know their shit.
