Can someone infodump to me about the RCA political party in America? (lemmygrad.ml)

I saw an ad for the RCA (revolutionary communists of America) on TikTok. What are they? From what I can gather on the mobile site, they do recommend readings from Marx and Lenin, but also from Trotsky, so what are they exactly?

despite what seems like an attempt to distance themselves from Trotsky I read a few articles on their site and I can't take a group seriously if they are ambivalent about Stalin. but that's why I'm a weird recluse I suppose

their website has a party program of clear goals which is more than most far left parties in the USA.
