Kennedy argued in the lawsuit that his notice of withdrawal was timely and the electorate’s votes could be "diminished and rendered invalid” if he remains on the ballot. He filed a similar lawsuit in North Carolina on Friday, where he is trying to withdraw his name from the ballot.

Wasn't that the point of him running?

WAS should be the correct verb tense. He saw it was useless as it would split the vote with Trump and now he is behind Trump. He's trying to get his name off the ballot so he doesn't hurt Trump's chances of winning.

He more or less admitted in court that he is a spoiler candidate.

Yep. He’s dumber than anyone gave him credit for.

[-] SatansMaggotyCumFart@lemmy.world 18 points 1 week ago

That’s impressive in its own right.

I actually think the worm became sentient at some point.

He is braindead morally and politically, but after watching the behind the bastards on him gotta say he sounds like he is very intellegent when it comes to environmental shit, falconry, and zoology.

Did we listen to the same episode? Because Robert Evans made it clear that real experts in falconry find RFK Jr’s practices wildly inappropriate.

Being interested in something doesn’t mean he’s good at it.

I have only gotten through up to episode two and was sleep deprived while working so... yeah. Prolly should take what I absorbed too seriously now that I consider it.

I think RFK also tried to get a deal with Harris campaign too for his endorsement. He was ready to sell his hole to the highest bidder in order to get a cabinet position and push conspiracy theories but Harris wanted nothing to do with him.

Now he is behind Trump

Always has been

RFK is behind RFK. He approached Harris first to shop his endorsement. He's looking to ride some coattails and he doesn't care whose.
