GA automatically gets allowed if PSL gets on the ballot in 2 more states, for what it's worth. If they are on the ballot in at least 20 other states, GA adds it now, regarding the court status.
PSL is already on the ballot in 20 states now and a GA judge blocked them being added to the ballot, so there's now a court battle
