You turn the bike lane into street parking. No idea how this makes things cheaper, but I guess the argument is two extra parking spots per block is going to make all the difference.

yeah some dude paying 7 bucks an hour while he picks up taco bell (idk the hourly rate for parking im not american) is gonna break profit records
