How long has the ability to add notes to people's names been there? (lemm.ee)

Now, what do you want to be noted as?

It's so simple you'll feel dumb:
Click on the three dots to the right of my comment. Next to the reply arrow.
Select Add Note.

You can do it from a comment, a post, and a profile.

I don't see an Add Note, only message, Show Report Dialog, Block user, save, and view source

You should have these options. If you don't then check to see if you need to update the app in the play store. You can see I added an example note to you on my end.
