Yeah, but people are literally dying from being forced to work so much overtime. Just because the people are being paid middle class income instead of poverty wages, doesn't mean they are any less entitled to fair treatment. Unfortunately, it's really common in the US as well to pay a "salary" that although the contract might say you have to work 35-40 hours per week to get it, they often don't have a maximum.
