I am really liking the series as a whole. I am not sure how I feel about the child mind synths, it feels silly at times but breaks up the serious/horror sections of the show. I really enjoyed the dissection of the facehugger and seeing Kirsch pull out the xenomorph from it. I think we are going to see a more serious turn with Boy, realizing he is a child as well with a new, shiny toy.

I can relate to your statement. It did seem silly at first, but the more I've thought about it, the more fascinating the storytelling, character conflicts, questions of morality, and possibilities for deception can come about. Our latest example of deception was between Morrow and Slightly, when Morrow started talking to him via that communication thing he applied to him when he grabbed him by his throat. This is leading up to a personal conflict that Slightly will have to deal with. Telling someone that he's been talking to Morrow, or keep it a secret. Either way, it's going to be an interesting character conflict to see play out IMO. Being just 'kids' really makes the synths more interesting to me. I don't recall hearing or experiencing anything in sci-fi like this. So it's been intriguing just on that merit.
I'm still not sold on the show, but I liked this ep better than the first two.
What do we think the odds are of them giving Joe that lung back?

Interesting. I found this episode to be slightly less in my ranking of the episodes so far. I haven't been able to put my finger on why that is for me, but in no means does that mean that I'm losing interest in the show.

😂 Yeah... something tells me he's not getting it back.
I didn't really like E01/E02, too quirky, faux-edgy and the Peter pan stuff was off-putting.
First Alien production where I didn't really care what was happening.
E03 is more of the same.
I didn't get it, they had an alien infestation after the ship crash landed and they took care of it with minimal organisation and brought all the samples/organic matter back to Neverland?
Is the infestation still happening and they are going return to the crash site? Or what is going on?
I should probably stop watching this, this is a shit show.
