Shit, guys if you accidentally put way too much pasta in boiling water, but realised within like 20/30 seconds, scooped out half, tried to dry is with a clean dishtowel and put it back in the bag it would still be ok to use the next day?

Rules:
-- PLEASE KEEP POST TITLES INFORMATIVE --
-- Overly editorialized titles, particularly if they link to opinion pieces, may get your post removed. --
-- All posts must include a link to their source. Screenshots are fine IF you include the link in the post body. --

-- Using April 1st as an excuse to post fake headlines, like the resurrection of Kissinger while he is still fortunately dead, will result in the poster being thrown in the gamer gulag and be sentenced to play and beat trashy mobile games like 'Raid: Shadow Legends' in order to be rehabilitated back into general society. --
like other commenter or you can freeze the extra
It would probably be fine but I've never heard of anyone doing that lol
If you have a food dehydrator, drying it out for a bit with that would probably produce better results, but considering how cheap pasta is you might spend more on electricity than you would just buying new pasta.
China May Sell TikTok to Elon Musk If App Banned in US, Bloomberg Reports
The US Supreme Court is currently deciding whether to uphold a law requiring Chinese company ByteDance to stop TikTok operations in the US by January 19.
Senior Chinese officials have already begun discussing contingency plans as part of discussions about how to work with the Donald Trump administration, one of which involves Musk. One scenario discussed in Beijing would see the businessman's social media company X take control of TikTok's U.S. arm.
Please dear god, don't give him more ways to be annoying
imagine they kept tiktok functional though, lot of people flooding redbook right now. I'd prefer Musk running it into the ground.

They wanna turn me Maoist
Apparently the TikTok ban may already be having some unintended consequences:

Israel has capitulated on several factors, allowing for a deal to be reached:
- Isreal has agreed to withdraw FULLY from Gaza leaving no troops or security zone. That includes a full withdrawal from the Philadelphi corridor.
- It has agreed to allow Hamas to rule Gaza. That is not in the agreement, but there is also no mechanism to remove Hamas.
- Israel has agreed not to exile released prisoners but rather let them into Gaza again.
- Israel has waived its demand for a list of live hostages.
- It has agreed to allow residents to return to northern Gaza with only symbolic security measures.
- Israel agreed to accept dead bodies in the first stage.
All of these were red lines for Israel at one point. It is remarkable that all of them are being waived. The victory for Hamas is remarkable.
The reason this happened is clear. Despite incredible victories on the battlefield, Israel has not offered a political program to replace Hamas or moved to remove them from Gaza as a governing force. It has failed to translate IDF gains into political ones. That has, in essence, nullified all of its military achievements.
Given the reaction from other Israeli media, this seems to generally be accurate. Supposedly this is happening because Trump told Netanyahu to have a deal in place by his inauguration or else.
CHASER:
I honestly don't know what to feel or think. What has to be hundreds of thousands have died and those who survived went from living in a concentration camp to a pile of rubble in a concentration camp. It seems like a damned if don't, damned if you do scenario for the resistance.
I'll believe it when Israel inks a deal and then we go more than 48h without a video of the idf doing a controlled demolition of a hospital for orphans
Fingers crossed though
Assuming Trump doesn't nuke Tehran instead, he was 100% the lesser evil choice if this deal actually goes through. All those Harris voters threw away whatever semblances of morals they had left for nothing.
Trump was the harm reduction candidate

Trump achieving better results without even being in office than Democrats achieved in 2 years
How will Gaza rebuild?
It has been 11 months since I last pasted this:
UN estimates concluded that after the current war, it will take at least a year just to clear the rubble, and between seven and 10 years to rebuild the destroyed homes, and it would take the Gaza Strip until 2092 just to restore the GDP levels of 2022, with GDP per capita and socioeconomic conditions continuously declining. However, even with the most optimistic scenario, it would still take the Gaza Strip’s GDP per capita until 2035 to return to its pre-blockade level.
It wont. The land is already polluted with chemical warfare. It is the equivalent of a superfund site. It needs to be decontaminated first before rebuilding. Since that is unlikely to happen, generations of gazans will suffer genetic conditions caused by the wastes of war, along with the other myriad of pains caused by genocide.
Another unrelated rant
One thing israhell will never admit is that their envy of Ireland. Almost no one hates Irish, anyone who knows 2 things about their history will welcome them, while israhellis forever will have risk of being confronted for their war crimes if they ever go to another country. I should send some baklava to my Irish neighbour
I honestly doubt that. They understand very well that victors get to write the history (this has already happened to a large extent with the erasure of Palestinian history in the region).
It’s just like the American natives - how many people outside of America today do you think care about its history of genociding entire indigenous populations?
Heck, the Germans and the Japanese (the losers) massacred millions not so long ago and they’re not facing any retribution today at all.
