Is there another safe place to discuss piracy if it gets removed from Lemmy ?

lemmy.dbzer0.com's the defacto piracy instance.

It won't get removed from lemmy, some instances may remove piracy content, but you just subscribe to a community on another instance instead.

And the one on dbzer0 will not be removed because the owner of the instance also owns the community

Thank you, but where can I find a similar free piracy speech place out of Lemmy ?

I think Raddle.me was discussed as an alternative to Reddit a while ago and I'm pretty sure they have a piracy community.

They don't have a mobile app though which is a big barrier for some people.

Thanx, I really hope we can keep freedom of speech in some places.

If you are concerned about freedom of speech Lemmy is the place for it.

Yes, I was concerned Lemmy was loosing it's freedom of speech because of the piracy stuff being removed then not removed.

That's not Lemmy losing it's freedom of speech though. That's a specific instance. You could easily join numerous other instances that either don't have a problem with it or haven't taken a stance.

If you wanted to you could always self host your own instance.

Yes, I did join other instances, self hosting would be great in the future once I have the skills and hardware.
