It is a banger ๐
Great taste! I've been hunting for this version, it looks wonderful.
I bought it recently from the official TON online store, it might still be available there. I had to pay overseas import VAT but it's worth it!
Now, if only World coming down would get a rerelease, it's pricey as hell on Discogs...!
Yeah I'd like to avoid that import tax if I can. And same, I'd love World Coming Down on vinyl! I'll finally find out if the legend of "Skip It" being different across the different formats is true.
Ha, yeah โ "Skip it" is a mystery to be solved!
According to Discogs:
NOTE: Contrary to popular belief, a rumoured "cassette version" of track 1 "Skip It", allegedly containing the sound of a cassette being eaten by the tape player, doesn't exist - cassette versions of the album used the standard CD version of the track. This was also used on the 2011 LP release of the "None More Negative" boxset - the 2019 reissue used a re-recording designed to fit the vinyl format, which consists of the first few seconds of track 2 "White Slavery" looping as if the vinyl was skipping.
