I thought to research where my current Seedbox company was located and they were a Singaporean company. I got a good deal and reliable service with them, but let’s see what the EU has to offer. Any recommendations?

For torrent downloading i use put.io , which is located in Turkey.

https://ultra.cc/

Used them for years, perfect IMO. Comes with the full *arr stack and everything you need.

Hosted in Netherlands. As you mentioned Singapore you might be talking about the same company, but my understanding from their Discord is that the beneficial owners are in Netherlands, EU, and the main hosting location is also in the Netherlands. Most likely they are incorporated in Singapore for tax benefits and legal protection.

Indeed is Ultra.cc what I already have… I (hate) having any hiccups with my seed boxes because the moment I spend 2 minutes researching, I find always find a better deal.

I had rapidseebox €8/month, I coughed sideways with the speed once, immediately found the same and better with Ultra.cc for €5. Now did the same and found the formerly Seedbox.io for €10 with an extra 1 TB of storage than what Ultra.cc is offering for €14.

These guys don’t have AudiobookShelf which is a must for me so we’ll see if I keep them.

In case it's useful, I switch to self-hosting once I found out that you can use Gluetun to force ALL torrenting traffic down a VPN tunnel. Now I run everything myself for the price of a VPN, and never have to worry about a letter from my ISP.
