Rainy day all the way!
Which are you more excited to have for dessert, chocolate treats or lemon treats?
Lemon treats! I make lemon chiffon cupcakes with lemon curd inside and a slice of candied lemon, and it's all brightness and citrus and sour and light and just the best thing!
Would you rather live in a small house in a city, or a big sprawling too-much-space house in the country?
Big sprawling too much space! The city is a place I prefer to visit rather than live.
Would you prefer socks that always feel like you just stepped in a puddle, or sleeves that always feel like you got them wet while washing your hands?

Would you rather have Chinese take out or massive piece of cake?
Chinese! I don't have much of a sweet tooth but am completely weak in the face of savory foods. Now I'm craving some egg foo yung!
Would you rather be 5 years older or 20 years younger?
20 years younger! I'm old and tired now haha.
Do you like dogs or cats?
Ah man but twenty years younger...I don't think I'd like to be 23 again unless I could keep my current brain & personality!

Good point on keeping your personality! I wouldnt want to lose that either. And Nutella, no contest whatsoever.
Would you rather have a million pounds now, or 50k every year for the rest of your life?
50K every year, definitely. Four years of that would pay off our mortgage, and the rest is gravy. Plus assuming I live another 40 years, that's 2 million altogether!
Would you rather never eat fruit again or never eat veg again?
Good financial planning! And I'm gonna keep veg I eat more of it, but can live without fruit.
Would you rather go horseback riding or in a horse drawn carriage?
Oh man...I used to love horseback riding but now I feel bad for the horses. I guess a horse-drawn carriage seems mildly better? Sorry to be a downer haha
Would you rather receive a bouquet of flowers or a houseplant?
Haha it's fine I admire people's beliefs. And I'm deffo going flowers, I've killed every houseplant I've ever had.
Would you rather have a huge mansion or small castle?
Would you rather have a new phone or new clothes?
my phone has 7 years of security updates left, my clothes would be stained/ripped and be replaced sooner than that
New clothes! Twenty years ago I'd have said new phone, because consumer electronics were evolving so fast and a new phone was always exciting. But now there's not much that's actually new about new phones - it's just minor improvements on the same basic design. But new clothes are always fun!

That's an excellent point! It used to be each phone was a massive leap now it's not so big.
Would you rather relax on the beach or go for a hike?
Oh man that's tough. I'm picking beach because I already do a bunch of hiking.

Oh dear is neither an option? If I have to pick I'll go kayak, sounds less hectic.

Playlists definitely.
Here's a weird one. If you're taking a bubblebath and watching a show, what's your bath snack: wine and chocolate or beer & honey roasted nuts?
Ooooh that's a good one. I'm deffo going for the chocolate option, always.

Ooh teleport please. I can usually fall asleep pretty easily anyway.
Would you rather run a bookshop or a tea shop?
I love that question! It's a tough one... a tea shop sounds adorable but it's hot sweaty work. I think I'm gonna go for book shop.
Do you prefer hot weather or cold weather?
Tough one! I guess I marginally prefer hot to cold because I don't have to fuss with a jacket.
Tacos: hard or soft shell?
Good thinking! Soft for me I don't like crunchy ones.
