PTSD is (in this instance) the angel on the other shoulder telling you that you are on the wrong side of history
The most low morale and the most low moral army in the world
Translation: cognitive dissonance is causing our troops to feel bad from all the crimes against humanity they've been committing and they're developing the PTSD seen amongst the Wehrmacht.
Counterpoint: they might just be thinking they are not genociding hard enough.
You're mostly right, they're not capable of introspection, they're rabid fascists and only get PTSD due to the small amount of humanity left in them. We've seen hostages that were treated fairly go out and support more genocide, the soldiers are the same.
I mean some OG holocaust survivors went to Palestine to commit genocide 3 years after being liberated from the camps in the first place. Fascism is a death cult.
Having read about the vietnam war and the wide range of soldier experience. Israel is going to lose, and half their vers will think it was because the leadership was weak and not willing to do everything it took.
