I read an awesome wiki post on here that referenced ancient bird oracles. I thought it was roman times but seems this could be older reference. They even had a fancy name like "avianoracle" but cooler. Basically they used to watch birds and then make future plans/divinations on which birds they saw.

Generally, an artifact should be 100+ years old, but this is a flexible requirement if you find something rare and suitably linked to an era of history, not a strict rule. Anything over 100 is fair game regardless of rarity.
